Position Description: Wenaha Group, a Construction Management and Owners’ Representative firm is seeking a Project Manager with experience in all phases of the process from preconstruction through close-out.

Wenaha office locations include our Head Quarters in Tacoma Washington and staff located in Corvallis, OR, Pendleton, OR, Portland, OR, Kennewick, WA, with our projects centering near these geographical locations.
The Project Manager provides experience, leadership and guidance throughout the entire scope of a project, from initial planning to project close-out. They foresee potential challenges, resolve conflicts immediately, and emphasize responsive and open communication with the entire project team. Project Manager reports to the Senior Project Manager. Must maintain good working relationships with clients, generate new opportunities from existing clients, and assists with business development efforts.
Position Requirements: Degree in Construction Management preferred.
Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000
